On New Year's Day, Andrew Cohen spoke about the launch of the EnlightenNext Discovery Cycle, which comprises a retreat for awakening consciousness and a conference for engaging culture. Jeff Carreira and Elizabeth Debold in this webcast give you an opportunity to ask questions about Andrew's talk and about the cycle itself. At the start of the discussion, they explore one point Andrew made that bears significance for our understanding of this cycle and of the next integral stage of development. Andrew observed that within postmodern culture, most of us experience a deep sense of duality—a division between inner and outer, self and world—and that engaging in this cycle of development will heal that split. He's pointing to the fact that a truly integral emergence in consciousness leads to the shocking realization that the inner and outer are ONE. It is a deep spiritual point that the EnlightenNext Discovery Cycle will make tangible to all who participate in it.
